Bacopa is one of my favorite years. It is one of a select few herbs that I have taken consistently for years on end. I was first introduced to bacopa after watching one of Dr Robert Cassars videos on the the herb. At the time he sold bacopa extract in large bulk bags, and I decided to invest in one of them. The first time I tried it, I was on an empty stomach while at a local library where I used to study daily while in my 20's. Within 20 minutes of ingestion I could feel a buzzing sensation in my head, followed by an extremely intense degree of focus and enhanced cognition. It strongly felt as if my brain was being fed more oxygen and that my brain benefited greatly from the ingestion of the bacopa extract. I was so taken back my first experience with bacopa extract that I continued to take large doses of it daily for months on end.
