I used to have an all or nothing attitude when it came to life and even fitness,
Until I discovered that a minimalist approach can lead to maximum results over time.
This not only saved me time but also led to the best shape of my life.
Here’s how I got shredded in just 7 months, dedicating only a few hours a week:
1. Workout Smart: Just three 30-min intense weightlifting workouts a week drastically improved my physique.
2. Stay Active: On non-workout days, I walk 7,000 steps to keep my metabolism firing. It allows me to burn extra calories in an enjoyable way strolling through the lakeshore trail.
3. Protein is Key: I eat 0.8 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight daily to fuel muscle repair & growth and also ensure higher level of satiety. What's your go-to protein?
4. Eat Clean: I stick to whole foods 80% of the time. Occasional indulgences are fine but keeping it clean helps reduce cravings and boosts energy. What’s one clean food you love?
5. Consistent Sleep: I don't underestimate the power of sleep anymore. 8 hours a night at the same time supports recovery, hormone balance, and a sharp mind. It is the best natural physical and mental performance enhancer.
