Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) stands out among federal legislators for his commitment to investigating the Covid pandemic response, which inflicted heavy tolls on America in terms of lives lost, curtailed freedoms, and economic devastation. Since the pandemic’s outset, Sen. Johnson has raised concerns about government policies, particularly economic shutdowns and the lack of exploration into early treatments. Engaging closely with renowned vaccine experts like Mike Yeadon, former Vice President of Pfizer, the senator became troubled by the disparities between official assertions of vaccine safety and efficacy and the actual evidence suggesting otherwise.

In the first episode of this two-part interview with The New American, Sen. Johnson delves into the influences shaping his stance on pandemic policies and discusses governmental corruption and the regulatory capture of healthcare agencies. Witnessing the suppression of proven medications such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, alongside the risks associated with government-backed “treatments” like remdesivir and ventilators, the senator convened multiple hearings and called for governmental action, to no avail. He highlights the government’s singular focus on vaccines as a solution, contextualizing it within bioweapon research and development funded by various agencies, including the Department of Defense, USAID, possibly under CIA influence, and factions within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), previously helmed by Drs. Francis Collins and Anthony Fauci, respectively. Despite mounting evidence of vaccine-related harm, healthcare agencies have largely disregarded these concerns. Sen. Johnson has sent over 60 oversight letters to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), seeking clarification on their protocols for assessing vaccine adverse effects and scrutinizing “hot” vaccine lots, but has received minimal response.

Central to the problem is the pervasive influence of global elites, represented by entities like the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Economic Forum (WEF), and their benefactor, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, whose agendas prioritize consolidating power and control over people’s lives, Sen. Johnson contends.

The Nuremberg Code of 1947 explicitly sets standards for medical conduct, prohibiting forced medical treatments on individuals. Yet under U.S. law, as set by the precedent in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, a state is allowed to enforce a compulsory vaccination. Still, the government should have never imposed Covid vaccine mandates for federal employees, contractors, healthcare workers affiliated with Medicare and Medicaid, and the military, argues Sen. Ron Johnson, describing how the evidence of harm was known to the healthcare agencies prior to the rollout, as were the glaring early signals of injuries and deaths.

The senator says that investigating the Covid cartel and holding it accountable would be an important priority for his work on the Subcommittee on Investigations (Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee) should Republicans regain control over the Senate in the upcoming elections. The subjects of the investigation are already laid out by the senator in over 60 oversight letters sent to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that concern the so-called hot lots of the vaccines, and the application of the standard operational procedures for analysis of the reports on adverse reactions to the vaccines. In addition to that, Sen. Johnson outlines the powers and resources that will be required to conduct a thorough investigation into these matters.

Finally, the senator turns to the vital task of combating informational warfare and protecting freedom of speech. He argues that the Covid cartel and global elite maintain power by promoting their narrative while quashing dissenting voices. This, he asserts, is a primary strategy for exerting control. To reclaim the initiative, the senator emphasizes the need to educate the public, especially focusing on younger generations, to become more critical and discerning of government propaganda and censorship. He strongly opposes government interference in education, viewing it as a hindrance to this crucial effort.
