Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adel al-Jubeir, addresses a throng of media about the inference that Saudi Arabia had funded certain operatives inside the United States pre-9/11 which funded two Al Qaeda operatives, also inside the United States, who were involved with the hijacking of American Airlines Flight 77.
