Philippines investigator, Rodolfo Mendoza, shows investigation of Bojinka trans-Atlantic bombing plot of airliners to reporter. This plot would later become the blueprint for the attacks of September 11th 2001. Mendoza states that this information about airliners being a target for radical fundamentalist in 1996 but did not act on it.
