A 13-year-old girl was allegedly s*xually assaulted by her teacher at a Marlboro Township school in NJ. The school then reportedly forced the student to return to the classroom of the same teacher who assaulted her, where she was continually harassed.

The school's lawyer then blamed the parents for the assault. The teacher was not fired by the school but ended up resigning, receiving a large pension payout.
