Ohio man shoots Uber driver amid mistaken scam extortion fear

A man in Ohio fatally shot an Uber driver. William Brock said he shot Loletha Hall because he thought she was working with a scammer who demanded money and threatened him over the phone. At the time, Hall, who police say didn't know about the attempted extortion or threats, received a request on the Uber app to pick up a package from Brock's home.
