Q describes the excitement of a young child (3-4 years old) and how they'd make a decision. There's NO thought. They just DO the excitement. Q comments how they are actually going really slow because they are focused on that ONE thing. That one excitement. They don't think about bills or people to text back - just focusing on the one excitement.
