Ep. 719 ~ POLE DANCING in Church & The Final Word Concerning Human Se***ality"

QUESTION: Who gets the last word concerning human se***ality and what its boundaries are, If any?

Fleshly defilement in all its forms is nothing new.
Se***al immorality was rampant in the Roman world, in Jesus' day. When Jesus spoke of it, it was not from an ivory tower of prudish naivety. Truth be told, God invented human se***ality It was a His idea, and it was good.

But like all good things He created, God also created boundaries so those good things would not also destroy us. And those boundaries were also good. They are not "negotiable" or mere suggestions. He was, and still is, emphatic about those boundaries He initiated, as we are about to see. God was serious then and He's serious now. He does not tolerate or have a passive "I really don't care what you do" kind of attitude. And He has not...and does not...change with the increasingly compromising culture. God is not the ultimate "frog in the kettle," as we are often prone to be.

Jesus, Who is also called "The Word," of God, does have the final say concerning all things concerning human se***ality In all its forms.

THE WORDS OF JESUS CONCERNING SEXUAL BOUNDRIES ~

‭Genesis 1:27-28‬

"So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'"

‭Matthew 5:27-29

“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell."

‭I Corinthians 6:9-11‬‬

"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived.
