Cyrus discovers a group of men mining gold in the north creek bed and is captured by them. Phillip Keller plans to seal off the land and eliminate Cyrus, but Ezekiel appears and instructs Cyrus to call upon God's power. A fierce storm ensues, causing chaos and incapacitating Keller, while Cyrus offers a prayer of gratitude and love to God.
