RECIPE FOR SHOWER STEAMERS
½ cup baking soda
½ cup epsom salts
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp dried eucalyptus leaves
15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
15 drops peppermint oil
Small silicone mold or you can use mini muffin tins

2:04 - Add the dry ingredients to a bowl, add the water and eucalyptus leaves, and stir.
3:12 - Add the essential oils and stir well.
4:08 - Press mixture to the mold cavities.
5:14 - Let set in a dry place for 24-48 hours.
5:25 - Unmold the shower steamers and store in an airtight container.
5:47 - Your eucalyptus shower steamers will last for up to 1 year. You can top them off with a few drops of essential oils to make sure they have the same scent of the essential oil as before!
6:18 - How to use - let the water run becoming hot and steamy. Place your steamer at the corner on the floor of the shower, out of the direct steam of the shower. When the hot water hits the steamer the essential oil vapors will release. Each Shower Steamer will work for 1 shower.
