House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Ranking Member Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) announced an Innovation, Data, and Commerce Subcommittee hearing titled "Legislative Solutions to Protect Kids Online and Ensure Americans’ Data Privacy Rights."
