China warns citizens of foreign spying on rare earth industry

Chinese citizens have been warned by the country's intelligence agency over foreign states spying on the country's rare earth metals and food industries. While the state remains the world's leader in rare earth metals with 44 million tons of reserves, Beijing has restricted exports of both resources and extraction technologies.
We hear from Einar Tangen, Senior Fellow at the Taihe Institute, who shares his insights on those who might be spying on China’s precious resources.
