Eyewitness captures explosion in Ukraine's Chernihiv

A Russian missile attack killed at least 13 residents and damaged buildings and municipal infrastructure in the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv on Wednesday (April 17), local officials said. Video captured on Wednesday and obtained by Reuters showed the moment of a large explosion in the city as people attempted to take cover from the strike at a bus stop.
