Aerial views show flooding in north Kazakhstan

Aerial footage filmed on Tuesday (April 16) showed flooded houses, roads and fields with few areas untouched by water in North Kazakhstan Region. Almost 117,000 people have been evacuated due to floods in Kazakhstan, the Central Asian nation's emergencies ministry said on Wednesday (April 17).
