What ingredients do I need?
Cooked chickpeas, 400 g.
Prawns, king prawns or prawns, 250 g.
2 medium tomatoes.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt, pepper, paprika and bay leaf.
As you can see, this recipe has few ingredients. But the flavor is huge.
In my particular case, I hardly ever buy canned chickpeas. I cook them myself at home and then vacuum pack them. I like to have cooked chickpeas in my pantry because it is a very recurrent, healthy food that combines with a wide variety of ingredients.
