Colin Powell Speech To The United Nations Regarding Iraq WMD

U.S Secretary Of State, Colin Powell, addresses the United Nations assembly regarding information which shows that Iraqi President Saddam Hussein had in possession dangerous chemicals and weapons of mass destruction.
