Terrorism Suspect Policies (Senate Judiciary Committee)

Witnesses testified about the Bush administration’s policies regarding the detention and trial of individuals suspected of being involved in terrorist activities. During the second panel Mr. Al-Maqtari and civil rights attorneys talked about his treatment during his eight weeks of detention, as well as other alleged abuses of detainees by federal officials.
