Here is your DAILY breathing exercise before you start your day or before you start TRADING.

4-7-8 Breathing (at least twice a day)
.
To do:
1. Take a moment to relax your body, releasing any tension in your muscles.
2. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4 seconds.
3. Hold your breath for a count of 7 seconds.
4. Part your lips slightly and exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of 8 seconds.
