Georgian riot police clear 'foreign agent' bill protesters

Riot police in Georgia began clearing demonstrators from around the ex-Soviet state's parliament on Tuesday (April 16) as lawmakers debated a bill on "foreign agents" that the opposition denounces as authoritarian.
"What I can say definitely is that Georgians and the Georgian will cannot be defeated," said Nika Melia, an opposition member of parliament.
