Day Trading Disaster - Overtrading, Chasing, and Chopped Up

Losing all my gains for the day getting chopped up in insane desperate overtrading, nearly blowing the account, making it all back and more, only to lose it all again and finally blow the account into Failed status through yet more insane overtrading and chasing.
