Info from Licensor: "Happened in Minneapolis, MN on my way to class. It was only a few blocks from the Minneapolis Police Department 3rd Precinct, which was burned down by protesters during the George Floyd protests. Sheriff didn’t shoulder check or look at his blind spot monitor, which was blinking as you can see in the video. There was no ending result as I never reported the officer, nor do I wish to."
