Give interesting information to the reader through geography that they probably don’t know. You can make the geography intriguing, romantic, dangerous and more. Whatever works for your story. Orient the viewer.
Integrate the information into the plot so that it’s necessary and insightful information. Link the information to the character. Remind the reader that this information is part of Raising the Stakes for the character.
