Zelensky urges West to shoot down Russian missiles like they did for Israel

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized Western allies for prioritizing the defense of Israel’s airspace over Ukraine, which is facing relentless attacks from Russia.

He urged for equal protection, citing the swift response to Iran’s recent attack on Israel, where US, UK, and other Western powers swiftly intervened to intercept missiles and drones.

Zelensky emphasized the need for unity and political will to defend Ukraine, stressing that Nato’s Article 5 wasn’t necessary if there was determination to act.

However, he expressed frustration over delays in Western aid to Ukraine, which is crucial for repelling Russian attacks.

Analysts warned of Ukraine’s dwindling munitions and air defense systems, the U.S. Sun has reported.
