On Wednesday April 13 IHN hosted a 1 hour webinar with Baljinder Chhoker where he took the confusion out of choosing supplements. In the times of infections and their ever-increasing resistance, even with an optimal lifestyle, the body can still be susceptible to the acute invasion of bacterial, viral and fungal infections. Laying down a foundation which maintains a strong immune system is still the best overall protection one can have. He provided insightful and practical information, by comparing the key supplements available for immune boosting and fighting pathogens.

Baljinder Chhoker BSc., CCNM Grad, CST, BT

Baljinder Chhoker has been an educator and consultant in the natural health industry for over 20 years. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hons Science and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) with a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine diploma. For the last 8+ years, Baljinder has been the National Educator and consultant for Bio Lonreco/Dr. Reckeweg. He does in-office and online trainings, and hosts clinical webinars on homeopathic and nutraceutical protocols for practicing clinicians. He has been a faculty member at the CCNM, and has provided consulting services for several pharmaceutical companies and on the retail side of natural health products. He has a vast knowledge of all the natural supplements on the market today. Baljinder has taught Human Anatomy & Physiology at IHN's Toronto and Mississauga campuses. He currently shares his expertise in his Continuing Education Course Supplementation in Clinical Practice.
