Suspect in carjacking, armed robbery & kidnapping being tracked on foot in Detroit

Michigan State Police say they are continuing to search for the suspect in the carjackings, kidnapping and shooting across metro Detroit in the area of Gratiot and Outer Dr. on the city's east side. Police say they have exchanged gunfire with the suspect and they are asking people to avoid the area.
