Andrew Card - American Freedoms In A Terrorist Age

Roman Popadiuk, Executive Director of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library Foundation, opens up the presentation with former U.S President George H.W. Bush and then to White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card. Mr. Card talked about civil liberties and efforts to combat terrorism. He also talked about his experiences as White House Chief of Staff in the aftermath of September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience. (11-18-2002)
