Ingredients:

400 g mushrooms
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
½ cup heavy cream
40 g oat flour or all purpose flour
2 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth
20 g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper as needed
