Here's a recipe for boiled egg gravy:

Ingredients:

4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and oil starts separating from the mixture.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add 1 to 1.5 cups of water to make the gravy. Bring it to a boil.
Gently add the boiled egg halves into the gravy. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
