OREGON - Male Dominates 200M Girl's Varsity Heat

A trans-identified male just dominated the Girls 200m Varsity at the Sherwood Need for Speed Classic in Sherwood, Oregon.
Aayden Gallagher, a boy who "identifies" as a girl,
set a new record after easily defeating his female competitors in the heat.
In 2024 session of the Oregon legislature Rep Christine Goodwin introduced HB4054 which would have prohibited biological males from participating in biological female sports. The bill was never made it out of committee. Why wouldn't the Oregon Legislature and the House Committee on behavioral health and health care not want protect women and girls?
