What ingredients do I need to make salmon cake?
500 g of salmon without skin or bones.
1 onion.
200 ml of cooking cream.
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
nutmeg, pepper and salt.
To decorate the salmon cake:
Mayonnaise or pink sauce.
Cherry tomatoes.
Parsley.
