Floods grip Kazakhstan as tributaries of Ob rise

Swathes of northern Kazakhstan and Russia's Urals region were flooded on Monday (April 15) as melt waters swelled the tributaries of the world's seventh longest river system. More than 111,000 people have been evacuated in Kazakhstan.
