Had to take a piss with that one. After yesterday’s PR and travel, even with food and rest I’m still unrecovered. PRs are just that. They’re records for a reason. You definitively can’t PR daily, especially deep into a training cycle. The occasional PR comes from structured, consistent, sustainable quality training so with that, back to the grinders I guess 😂
