Correct me if I'm wrong, but when Albert Bourla says by 2023 their goal was to reduce the number of people in the world by 50% he was referring to the number of people who were not obtaining vaccines. There is a lot of other great content in that WEF clip, so I included all of it - even though that small bit is particularly misleading in regards to his actual words (although Bourla's intentions are obviously highly questionable after what we've lived through in the past 3.5 years.
