Here it is again:

1. Begin by finding a quiet space where you can sit or stand comfortably. Close your eyes, and take three deep, cleansing breaths. With each inhale, envision pure, crystalline light descending from the cosmos, entering through your crown chakra, and filling your entire being. With each exhale, imagine releasing all fear, anxiety, and lower vibrations, grounding them into the Earth where they can be transformed.

2. Now, focus on your root chakra at the base of your spine. Visualize a vibrant red light growing stronger with each breath, anchoring you deeply to the Earth. Feel this connection stabilize and nourish you, providing a solid foundation of security and trust.

3. Next, incorporate toning to enhance the cleansing process. On the exhale, use a long, sustained tone of the sound 'ohm' or 'ahh', whichever resonates with you. This sound vibration will help to break up and release any stagnant energies within your lower chakras, facilitating a deeper purification and realignment. Continue this toning for several minutes, allowing the sound to naturally evolve and shift as your energy clears and brightens.

4. Finally, place your hands on your heart, feeling the warmth and light within. Affirm to yourself, "I am grounded, I am clear, I am a vessel of light and love." Envision this affirmation radiating out from your heart, enveloping the planet and all its inhabitants in healing energy.
