Teachers at Wellington charter school still teaching, not getting paid

School is still in session at a Wellington charter school despite the fact the school doesn't have the money to pay its teachers. Right before the Easter weekend, teachers and staff at Eagle Arts Academy Charter School were told they would not get their paychecks.
