Okie dokie laddies and gents.. so I have been away for about 2 1/2 months in regards to doing ice baths. And today was my first date back!
I did add hot water to up the temperature. I am not stupid enough to jump into thirty four degree water after I have been away for so long. 🤣
Water temp was 41.2 °F 4 mins!
