Finally, the season for the long-awaited rhubarb appears in stores and gardens, and you will finally be able to prepare various delicacies with its addition. One of my favorite baked goods with rhubarb are Chelsea buns, i.e. delicious yeast rolls.

When in season, I make them with a delicious rhubarb filling and rhubarb glaze. These rolls are delicious! I highly recommend them to you.

INGREDIENTS:

CAKE:

500 g of wheat flour
1 flat teaspoon of salt
15 g fresh yeast
1 egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup of warm water
FILLING:

400 – 500 g of rhubarb
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of potato flour
GLAZE:

4 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of rhubarb filling
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
