NYC MADNESS: Meet Manhattan Judge Laurie Peterson, who was appointed by Bill DeBlasio.

Thanks to Peterson, Jean Carlos Zarzuela, who was just arrested for punching a 9-year-old girl in Grand Central Station, was freed without bail despite punching an elderly woman earlier this month.

Peterson made headlines in 2020 when she released an accused looter, Kevin Bullock who was busted for a bloody attack on NYPD cop, despite of solid evidence, including surveillance video.

In 2016, Peterson also released another suspect charged with a random attack on a woman in Greenwich Village.
