Law that says you cannot be trustee and benefactor (or trustee is benefactor)

Please consider this in the light that I only found it yesterday and I have a lot of work to do on it, preliminary I think it says you cannot be trustee and benefactor as the two estates cannot be merged. This complies with a lot of other evidence that I apparently "do not have."
