A section of Jackson Heights in New York City has transformed into an illegal migrant marketplace, where stolen goods are openly sold and prostitution operates with impunity, according to reports from The New York Post.

Vendors, often migrants, peddle stolen items on the sidewalk while sex workers solicit clients.

Despite occasional police intervention, the situation persists due to lenient laws and the ease with which offenders return to their activities.

The area has become notorious for its lawlessness, with businesses and residents feeling powerless to address the issue, the New York Post has reported.
