MACARONI SALAD
1 lb elbow macaroni
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 slices bacon, crisp fried and chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 medium carrots, grated
2 stalks celery, chopped

Cook macaroni until tender, drain and cool to room temperature
Add the rest of the ingredients

Dressing:
2 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup mustard
2 tsp vinegar
3/4 cup milk
Blend together and add to the macaroni mixture
(It will appear like too much dressing but the macaroni will absorb it)
Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours
Stir together again before serving.
