It was seven years ago, under the moonlight

Tamlin found happiness with Janet, his bride

It happened in that forest on All Hallows Eve
Tamlin was on the hunt and went astray
The fairy queen, pale and elf-like
Lured him to the fairy kingdom with cunning

For seven years he was captived by fairies
And for seven years Janet was waiting for him
But finally came the day, when the fairies could be
Seen far and wide in the forest, and Tamlin was by their side

The loyal Janet goes to the elves

Then Tamlin changes from bear to wolf form
