How to Kill a Team EXTREME mode!

Playing Hell Divers 2 attempting to clear level 6 (Extreme) and we run into some communications issues. There are some unnecessary rants and rage quitting all over what is a multi-person issue but we can all blame me for someone running into a cluster strike with a delay between when thrown and strike hits.
