Congress Failed to Respond to War Crime Evidence Request

We asked asked Congress to respond to our war crime tax evidence request by March 30, 2024. Congress failed to respond by the requested response due date.

This was expected, and we are planning to take action accordingly by sending a copy of our war crime tax refusal petition, and all of the signatures we’ve received since April 11, 2024 along with an affidavit with all our evidence of Israel committing genocide and the steps we’ve taken to get a response from Congress that taxpaying citizens cannot be held criminally responsible for being complicit in the United States government funding countries where evidence of genocide is being committed. In this affidavit is our statement of invoking our first amendment right to refuse to pay taxes without the requested evidence being submitted to the people. This documentation is being sent to the attorneys of the IRS located in Washington DC via registered mail.
