"By crook or by The Cross, by His Stripes you are healed"- Fr Stanislaus- Good Shepherd Sunday 2024

Only those who know Him and love Him actually hear His voice. Only those who believe in Him desire to be led by Him and discover that their own suffering has meaning because it is by His stripes we are healed. This is the lesson of Good Shepherd Sunday and every person of good will has it within themselves to believe Him or reject Him. His "catch" is the "crook" of the Shepherd's staff and His witness is His death on the Cross and it is by His Passion and Death, His stripes, that we all find Redemption, Salvation, and the glory of Eternal Life.
