Meryl Nass about Pandemic Treaty: "You're basically turning over sovereignty for health to the WHO. They'd said: "No, that's not happening". What the documents require is that your country has to pass laws to obey the WHO. As the WHO tells you: "We need laws to enable you to use these vaccines without a license" you have to do it. And there's going to be penalties, we just don't know what they are yet. Those have not been told to the public. But it is going to be sovereignty grab. What the WHO documents suggest violates the first, fourth, fifth, tenth and fourteenth amendments...The treaty needs a 2/3 of votes to pass and they probably won't get that unless they really bribe a lot of countries or threaten them. But International Health Regulations only need 50% to pass, however in years past they never actually put them to a vote. They had what they called a consensus procedure...It seems that the WHO and the people who are behind the WHO, the donors, the cabal whoever they are, they have formal agreements with the World Economic Forum, with the UN and with the Bill and Melinda Gates, GAVI, Global Fund... The World Bank is gonna be doing financing of this, so they're all intertwined. They would prefer no vote. They would like the documents written the way they want them written and go forward and now the whole world is legally obligated to follow."
