James Clapper Interrogation - (I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS REAL)

I just found this video 5 minutes before uploading it here.
I am not an expert in James Clappers voice, this sounds like a much younger guy to me. So I find this video a little SUS.
Will somebody please help me out here, with any ideas, or info on this video?
I dont even know when it was recorded. I guess I could run the audio against known audio of clapper. But I honestly am not that interested in doing all that. Unless I found out the video was 100% Verifiably real, then im going to be all over this subject.
