Ingredients:
olive oil
Onion - 1 pc.
Sweet yellow pepper - 1/2 pc.
Sweet red pepper - 1/2 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Tomato puree - 230 g.
Salt
Raw rice - 200 g (steamed)
Canned beans - 250 g.
Canned corn - 100 g
Water - 220 g (or vegetable broth)
Salt
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
