Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1300 g.
Cook potatoes in salted water for 3 – 4 minutes.
Mushrooms - 500 g.
Vegetable oil
Butter - 15 g.
Salt
Black pepper
oregano
Black pepper
Cream - 100 g (fat content 30 - 33 %)
Parmesan cheese - 50 g.
Form 24 * 24, grease the form with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
